West Mercia Fork Trucks provide a completes sales, hire, maintenance and repair service for customers in the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Mid-Wales.
Since 1972 the family owned and run business has provided material handling solutions to a wide spectrum of businesses throughout the Midlands, with depots in Birmingham, Telford and Coventry.
West Mercia were the original Doosan Dealer appointed in 1994. They also supplied the first Daewoo/Doosan forklift truck in the UK, Daewoo/Doosan Invoice no. 0001! The cheque from West Mercia is framed and hung on the wall in Doosan’s Northampton state of the art premises.
West Mercia ordered a GC258-2 with a 6010mm mast, which was supplied to A P Smiths in Birmingham. A P Smiths have continued to use Doosan products over the past 24 years and have recently renewed their fleet with 6 new Doosan forklift trucks.
