To help with their operation Carl Jones has two aging fork trucks that were letting them down. Having been impressed with West Mercia’s website, he enquired through to West Mercia. David Pugh, Sales Executive of West Mercia arranged to meet Carl, and went through some options. He recommended looking at two brand new trucks on Contract Hire. The reasons being the existing trucks were costing Jones Springs every month, and brand new trucks have far more reliability and also are extremely cost effective over a hire contract.
