Dealing with West Mercia has been an absolute pleasure. Their Salesman, David Pugh, carried out a site survey and identified that we had a large storage area below a mezzanine floor that wasn’t being utilised. By supplying a forklift truck with a full free lift mast we are now able to store goods under our mezzanine floor and have gained valuable additional storage space. In addition to this and in line with our corporate identity West Mercia have painted our trucks in our own livery – I visited their premises to view our trucks and they look fantastic
