During the expansion in which they now turn over just short of £2 Million, Janitorial Direct Ltd were looking to replace an aged Bendi Fork Truck which was costing money on substantial repairs, with a newer model truck. Julian, MD at Janitorial, called in fellow family business West Mercia Fork Trucks for a discussion.
Julian and Sam Gaze, Directors at Janitorial Direct spoke with David Pugh at West Mercia, and were hugely impressed with the options put forward, they promptly agreed to Purchase a fully re-furbished Bendi fork lift.
Julian says “from day one I was really impressed with West Mercia’s attitude and professionalism, having a delay on the truck was also not a problem as we had one in free of charge in the meantime. We are absolutely delighted with the new truck.”
